I am experiencing the same behavior from the Netflix app installed from the Windows Store. I can open it, but it just sits on the home screen with the logo for a minute or so then closes. This was my first attempt at using the app.
I also tried uninstalling, reinstalling, resetting, rebooting Looking forward to a solution or Windows update.
Would also be great the update restored the app icon images in Windows Ever since the "Fall Creators Update" the Windows-based apps on my laptop have generic image graphics for logos and they are see-through in the task bar when pinned. Darren Chiang Joon Sum. In reply to TroneKJ's post on January 25, I had the same problem with netflix apps since last week. Very frustrating! The Hulu app has a similar problem. It Launches fine, but videos wont run. They just spin. This site in other languages x.
